Please come and visit all the animals waiting for their new homes. We have a fenced in play area and toys for the animals, so everyone can romp and play together. Even if you're not ready to adopt a new family member a visit will make the animals and you feel better.

The Allen Animal Shelter wants to remind everyone that all animals need FRESH WATER DAILY, WHOLESOME FOOD DAILY AND MUST PROVIDE SHELTER AT ALL TIMES. We are committed to finding our animals loving, permanant homes. So please come by and check out all the animals waiting for their new owners and homes.
WHO WE ARE....
The Allen Animal Shelter's mission is to provide shelter and care for all stray and unwanted animals. To provide an adoption program to place animals in a caring and responsible home and reduce animal overpopulation.
ADOPTING A FRIEND....
You can "BRING HOME YOUR NEXT BEST FRIEND". We have many wonderful dogs and cats who need a second chance. The adoption fee is $10 for unneutered or unspayed animals and $40 for spayed or neutered animals. All Adoptions require signing a contract to have the animal vaccinated for rabies by a licensed Veterinarian and spayed or neutered in a specific time frame.

The Animal Shelter is located at 770 S. Allen Heights, the N/W corner of Allen Heights and Bethany.
Animal Shelter hours are:
MONDAY 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
TUES. WED & THUR 10:00 a.m to 6:30 p.m.
FRIDAY 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
SAT. & SUN. 10:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.
