Faerydog Corgi Rescue works to save and rehome Pembroke and Cardigan Welsh Corgis, and their mixes when space and finances allow. All corgis are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested and on preventative, microchipped, groomed, and are treated for any known illness or injury. They are assessed for behavior traits and are started on crate and house training. We are volunteers, we receive no pay and no funding. We are located in Graham, TX which is about 80 miles west of Fort Worth, 50 miles south of Wichita Falls.
Our goal is to find the best possible home for each corgi. Our reward is knowing we have enriched the lives of these wonderful dogs, and the lives of their adopters.Â
Adoption Policy
Corgis are wonderful companions, but are not for everyone. They are a herding breed and most need a job to do, whether it is obedience, learning and performing tricks or just daily long walks. They should be trained with positive methods only.Â
Our adoption process consists of an adoption application, home visit and/or vet reference, adoption fee and contract. Our adoption fees range from $125 to $175 for mixed breeds and senior corgis to $250 for purebred corgis. Many times these fees do not cover the dog's vet bills, much less the costs of food, supplements, bedding, transport, grooming and other costs.Â
*Please do not overfeed your corgi. They love to eat, but extra weight is unhealthy and can take years off their lives.Â
*Corgis are notorious shedders! If you hate vacuuming, you may want to choose a different breed.

We do not have a shelter. All corgis are in foster homes. After you submit an approved adoption application
