Dogs are available the 2nd Saturday of every month from 11am-3pm.
Cats are available 7 days a week, anytime the store is open!

Buster's Friends, Inc. is a rescue group dedicated to helping abandoned and homeless animals in the City of Houston. We provide medical care in the form of vaccinations, testing, and spay/neuter services prior to adopting our animals into loving, forever homes.
Our programs include:
*Cat and dog adoptions at several retail locations, including Carter's Pet Depot.
*Foster care for cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies to give them specialized care in a home environment.
Buster's Friends is a non-profit, charitable corporation with Sec. 501(C)3.
*Dogs: All of our dogs are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, and heartworm tested.
*Cats: All of our cats are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and combo tested for Feline FIV/Leukemia.
To adopt one of our animals, you must fill out our adoption application and you must be approved by one of our adoption counselors.
Adoption fees are: $125.00 for dogs and $85.00 for cats
We do NOT currently have a facility or shelter for animal drop off or viewing, so unfortunately, we CAN NOT take animals in!!
All animals in our program are fostered by individuals who keep the dog or cat at their residence until it is adopted. Unfortunately, we have to keep some of our dogs in a boarding facility, due to lack of foster homes and space.
PLEASE CONSIDER BECOMING A FOSTER PARENT AND OPENING YOUR HOME TO A DOG OR CAT IN NEED!!
