Our mission is to serve stray, abandoned, orphaned, abused and injured companion animals by providing medical care and shelter in times of need, locating lifelong homes, and promoting responsible pet guardianship through education, legislation and sterilization.
As a No-Kill Shelter, every animal that comes to us stays with us until we find it a loving adoptive home. So if you don't see the pet you're looking for, please call or visit our adoption shelter. We have new animals arriving almost daily as space becomes available. |
Mickey
I'm a very handsome guy who sat all alone on death row at Animal Control and I wasn't even a year old then.. But I was lucky and was rescued and brought to ARL and given a second chance to find a loving home full of new best friends forever. I then found a home and that's where I've been for the last three years, but now they are moving and don't want to take me with them. I would love love to have a family of kids to play with and watch over. Why not come out and visit me and see how great I am? I want a real forever home, where when a promise to love you, want you, and care about you is really kept each and every day forever..
My adoption fee is $125 which includes my spay/neuter, all my vaccinations, my worming, a heartworm/erlichia/lyme disease test, microchip/registration fee and one month of free pet health insurance. ADOPT ME TODAY and find a friend for life! And remember that adopting a pet is a life long commitment.
| We have chosen Kuranda dog beds for our shelter because they are so good for our dogs. If you would like to donate a bed so another dog can sleep in proper comfort, please click here. |
