If interested in a pet, please email us at PawedSquad@live.com.  We apologize for not being able to accept phone calls regarding adoption, please email.  We are not part of the local animal shelter, however we rescue dogs from there.

We are not a shelter, we don't have a facility, we have these pets in our homes so that we can give them the love they need and deserve.  We get to know these sweet babies and we put a lot of love into them.

We do not ship.

There is an adoption donation. This goes back into the rescue to help cover veterinary costs and find homes for the rescues. This fee is designed to assist the rescue in recovering the costs associated with the rescue of these pets. This cost does not generate profit. Many times the vet fees are much more than the adoption donation required.

Each pet receives:
Vet exam
Spay or Neuter
Vaccines
Rabies & Tag
Heartworm tested
New Collar

Prior to any adoption, we require a vet reference for current pets along with a home visit. PLEASE be aware, we do not adopt out to a home that has an animal which has not been spayed or neutered.

We represent the pet to the best of our ability, they are rescue dogs and we don't always get their history.  We at Pawed Squad do the best we can to match the pets with the right home.

Who We Are

We are a group of friends and family that want the best for the animals that are abandoned or strays. These wonderful pets are rescued, loved, vetted, and happy. We want them to be in a home that is best suited for them. We encourage that adopters study the breed they are interested in, look up the websites, check out books on the breed to make sure they can know as much as possible about the particular breed. We do home checks, vet checks, and follow up visits. We want to make sure that every pet is a perfect match for their new home. All of our pets are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Adopting a friend

When adopting a new friend, it is an important decision. We at Pawed Squad want this to be a lifelong commitment. Animals are not disposable, they are our friends and deserve to be given the love they deserve. So many of these pets come from shelters where they are abandoned and rescued by our group. These pets are vetted, live in our homes so that we get to know them so that we can find the best placement for them. These wonderful animals deserve the very best.
