We are always in need of donations. Our wish list includes Beneful Brand Dry Dog Food (Puppy and Original), Paper Towels, Puppy Pads, Bleach, Leashes, Collars, Crates, Food and Water Dishes, Toys, Treats, (for those who like to make cash donations we prefer gift cards for Petsmart, Walmart, Dollar General, and Family Dollar instead of cash but cash is okay too). If you would like to donate anything on the list please contact us and we can come and pick any items you have up or we can arrange a place to meet for the items. If you would like to bring them to us and see what goes on here please feel free to contact us as well.
Who We Are
We are by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a time to come view a pet if you see one on our site that interests you. This rescue began with my pet sitting business. I had some pets dropped off and the owners up and moved so I then had 3 dogs to find homes for. After seeing how someone could just dump a pet so easily I decided to start the rescue as well on top of my pet sitting business. So I take some rescues in as I can and have the room so as not to interfere with the petsitting. I have good placement practices and find very wonderful homes. My husband and I do this together and man is he supportive lol! It is an all day job with these animals but so rewarding to find that these pets never even see a shelter. They live at our house until a home is found. I only take in a few at a time and I do not take in until one or more is adopted. I have currently stopped taking cats/kittens due to the high volume of dogs/puppies we usually get.
Adopting a friend
In order to adopt a pet from us you must fill out an application. Once the application has been approved you will need to fill out and sign a contract. Then you pay the adoption fee and most times you are able to take the pet you choose home with you that very same day. Adoption fees are not refundable if the pet is brought back to us for any reason. This is stated in our adoption contract. If you adopt a pet please make sure it is what you want. We will NOT refund any adoption fees paid no matter what the circumstance is for returning a pet to us.
Come Visit Us!
If you see a pet on my list that you would like to come see please contact me by phone. If you are looking for a certain type of dog contact me and I can put you on the waiting list for that type of dog. I get a lot of phone calls every day for dogs needing homes. So please call with what your looking for and I may not have one with me due to lack of space but may know someone trying to find a home for their pet. We are by appointment only since this is run out of our home.
