Waldo is a terrific poodle mix who is active and lovable. He is the perfect size and a good companion. He enjoys being with people and other dogs.
PHACT is a network of foster homes; we do not have an animal shelter facility yet most of our pets have been rescued from area shelters. If you care to become a foster parent, please let us know.
Our adoption requirements include vet references (when possible), evidence of home ownership or pet lease agreement and rehoming adoption fee. Mandatory spay or neuter for all pets. Your donations and adoption fees cover veterinary expenses and help other pets who may have had special needs and care.
Pets are fostered in homes of our volunteers. Appointments required to meet pets.
