Operation Kindness is located at 3201 Earhart Drive, one mile north of Belt Line, one street south of Keller Springs and just west of Midway Road, in Carrollton, Texas, just north of Dallas.
The shelter is open 7 days a week: Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday from 12 to 5 p.m., and Thursdays until 8 p.m. We are closed major national holidays and the last Tuesday of each month (except November and December) for staff development meetings. Please come visit us and meet the great animals we have available for adoption!
