Adopting a friend

We have many wonderful animals for adoption at all times! Please consider adopting a shelter pet- this is NOT a no-kill facility! Feel free to call or email if you have any questions about any of our pets for adoption. Please note- rabies vaccination and sterilization are required for all pets adopted from the shelter. Also, the City of Plano Shelter does not warrant or guarantee the health, nature or disposition of the animals. We can only give information based on observations made while the animals is at the shelter. It is imperative that you take any pet adopted from the shelter to see your personal veterinarian within 48 hours after adoption. They need a general health check, and updates on all necessary vaccinations. .
