Covington Animal Rescue Effort is a non-profit organization working towards its' 501(c)3. We rescue dogs from our local city pound. The pound is very small and has no public access. The dogs picked-up within city limits have no chance of being adopted if they are not owner claimed. The dogs we rescue are placed in foster homes, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested, socialized, and loved until we can find them their forever homes.
To adopt one of our rescues, go to our website @ www.covingtonanimalrescueeffort.com and answer the adoption questions under the "adoption procedure" button. We will contact you after reviewing your information. We require an adoption fee to help us pay for all of the vet services we've provided. A deposit can be placed after your application has been approved.
