Memphis Pit Bull Safe Haven (MPBSH) has gone through some major changes over the past several months and we are no longer able to take in any more dogs due to time, space and money restrictions. Management of the rescue has shifted and our thoughts and prayers go out to Krystle as she is serving our country in the United States Navy. I am simply a volunteer trying to tie up all the loose ends as best as I can. Please understand that we are more than happy to try and help in other ways as our main goal of the program is to benefit the pit bull population. We are sad that we had to come to this decision but it is simply something that is out of our hands now and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We still have dogs in foster homes that need to find a loving forever home! If you are looking to open up your heart and your home to a beautiful, loving, devoted, loyal dog, we certainly have one for you! We are dedicated to ensuring that each of these dogs (as well as all that have come thru the rescue) will spend the remainder of their lives as a cherished family member. They deserve to receive love, patience, proper nourishment, training, veterinary care and devotion from their forever families. Adopting one of our dogs is not meant to be easy, however, most people who adopt one of our dogs not only understand but also appreciate that our utmost goal is to place these dogs in good, stable environments.
