Tennessee Pekingese Rescue is a small rescue that works thru foster homes. We do not operate a shelter. We pull Pekes and Peke mixes from shelters in the area, as well as take owner surrendered animals in need of help. Many of our animals are special needs due to age or health issues. Because of their size, and the fact that they are pretty fragile, we normally do not adopt to families with small children.

We will have our adoption application on line shortly. We do require a vet reference and a home visit.
