Our Adoptable Pet List

Cats That Have Been Adopted

Our Featured Pet...

My name is Lucky. I can be a little shy when I first meet someone, but I am a real love bug when I get to know you. I have glossy black fur that is perfect for back rubs and ear scratches. I'm a Manx, which is a breed of cat with no tail or a "stumpy" tail, which is what I have!

I am at the 100 Oaks PetSmart for now, just waiting for the perfect person to discover me and fall in love. I bet that person could be you. Let’s find out!

I have been spayed, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and am up to date on my vaccinations.

Who We Are

Nashville Cat Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing cats and kittens from off the streets and from high-kill shelters and placing them into loving, permanent homes. All cats and kittens that come through our program receive superb veterinary care before they are adopted out to the public. Each Nashville Cat Rescue cat or kitten is tested for FIV/FeLV, spayed or neutered, de-wormed, given flea preventative, and given all necessary vaccinations.

Come Visit Us!

Please come see our adoptable cats and kittens every day of the week at the 100 Oaks PETsMART, the Cool Springs PETsMART, and the Hermitage PETsMART locations. Our fabulous felines are just waiting to meet their new forever families!

Senior to Senior Adoption Program

Nashville Cat Rescue understands the deep bond that forms between animals and people, and we want to help people celebrate that bond during all stages of their lives. We have started a Senior to Senior Adoption Program to match adoptable older cats with senior citizens. For more information, click here.
If you are interested in adopting a senior cat, download our application and e-mail the completed version to camille_cowart@yahoo.com.

Volunteering

At Nashville Cat Rescue, we can ALWAYS use volunteers to help us out! We need people to clean cages at our three PETsMART locations, wash cat beds, assemble our adoption packets, and help us out with Saturday adoption events. Please feel free to contact us if you'd like to volunteer!

We also need foster homes - we provide you with food, litter, and vet care - all you have to provide is the home! If you're interested in being a foster parent to a homeless cat or kitten, download and fill out our foster application. Help save a life by opening your home to abandoned cats and kittens!
