Who We Are
Freedom Farm Animal Sanctuary is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit fostering group, established in 1997. We are a PetSmart Charities affiliated group. FFAS is dedicated to rescuing abandoned, unwanted and neglected pets in and around the Sumner, Robertson and Davidson County, TN area. Our long-term goal is to raise enough funds to build a sanctuary in Middle Tennessee where all rescue groups can turn in their greatest times of need. We educate the community on the importance of spaying and neutering and the impact that it has on pet overpopulation. For more information, email us at email@example.com
Adopting a friend
Our adoption fees are as follows:
$105.00 for kittens up to 1 year old. Cats over 1 year are $85.00. Adoption fee includes: spay/ neuter, Feline Leukemia/Aids tested negative, dewormed, flea & ear-mite treated, rabies shot (if over 4 months old) and up-to-date on vaccinations.
$120.00 for dogs which includes: spay / neuter, micro-chipped, heart worm tested negative, dewormed, flea treated, rabies shot and up-to-date on other vaccinations. For adoption questions and information, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We have many animals in foster homes that are available for adoption, more than we may show on our pet list. So if you are looking for a particular breed of dog or cat please contact us. You may also visit our website (www.freedomfarm.net) or find us on Facebook (search for "Freedom Farm Animal Sanctuary").
Please help control the pet population by spaying and neutering your own pets. There aren't enough homes for all of them. We are also in need of farms, etc. that would be permanent relocation sites for our feral cat colonies. These colonies are spayed and neutered and for the small price of daily feeding and watering they will completely neutralize your rodent families that may be on your farm.
If you can help in any way, even if it is just one, that would be appreciated! All donations are fully tax deductible. Thanks!
Come Visit Us!
Since we are only a foster group at this time there is no shelter in which to view our animals. However, some of our cats are available to see in the cages at the "Luv-a-Pet" center located at the Rivergate area PetSmart during normal business hours. Some of our available dogs are shown at the Rivergate PetSmart every Saturday from 10am until 2pm. Many of our available adoptable animals are also listed on our website (www.freedomfarm.net). We may have more dogs or cats that are not pictured, so please call us or email at email@example.com
