Established in 1989, the Humane Society of Dickson County is dedicated to educating the public in responsible pet ownership and the importance of spay/neuter. We strive to give a voice and shelter to all the unwanted, abandoned and abused animals in the Dickson community.
We routinely visit local Animal Control facilities looking for healthy pets who would otherwise be put to sleep. We take great joy in reuniting owners with lost pets, and rehoming strays.
The Humane Society of Dickson County relies heavily on volunteers and fund-raisers for its shelter upkeep. Please join us in caring for our county's animals -- donate items on our wish list, volunteer or become a member today!
