The animals are COLD! We have been trying all winter to raise funds for some wonderful infrared heaters for the dog runs, as currently they have NO heat! We hope that spring will be here soon, but in the meantime, please help us meet our goal and quote for three heaters, which will not only warm the dogs, but quickly dry the wet concrete! A wonderful rescue has offered to step
up to help Sammy, the poor boy that was beaten so badly that his eyes
popped out of his head. Sammy has had surgery to have his eyes removed and when strong enough will go through heartworm treatment. If you would like to donate towards his vet bills, please click on this link:
We are so happy that he will be saved and
treated BUT are mad as hell and want to find the "person" that
did this to him. We are creating a fund to help abused animals and
offer rewards for information leading to the arrest of abusers.
Please contribute so that we can end animal cruelty in Marion County, SC.
News: We are very excited to announce that
Paws to the Rescue assumed management of the shelter on October 1st!
