Who We Are
Long Road Home Pit Bull Rescue is a non-profit rescue organization. We are a small group of dedicated bully lovers who have over ten years experience rescuing needy bully dogs. We operate solely out of foster homes and do not have shelter. We are based out of South Carolina, but have volunteers in NC, SC, and GA. Our dogs are available for adoption all over the south east.
Because of the overwhelming number of needy pit bulls facing death in shelters, we do not have room to take in new dogs at this time. Please do not contacts us asking if we can take your dog. Beause finding good homes for pit bulls is so difficult, we STRONGLY recommend you reevaluate your decision to rehome your dog and check out the exellent info on PBRC.net or Click Here for important information on rehoming your pit bull.
Adopting a friend
All adoptions begin with potential adopters filling out an adoption application. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
for an adoption application. We will ask you to provide vet references and personal references, as well as allowing us to conduct a home visit. We are looking for stable, loving homes where our dogs can receive the love, affection, training, and exercise every bully needs. Because most of our adoptable dogs have already gotten off to a rough start in life, we are particularly committed to ensuring that their next home will be forever.
