The Humane Society will hold it 1st Annual Meet and Greet Harvest Celebration at Thomas Memorial Church in Bennettsville,SC. The event will include games for childres, an inflatable, food, entertainment, as well as animals available for adoption. Please join us for an evening of fun while helping a worthy cause. All proceed will go towards our building fund to help build a shelter for homeless animals in Marlboro County. The Celebration will be Saturday, October 31st from 1:00pm to 4:00 pm. Who We Are
The Humane Society is a non-profit volunteer run orgainzation.The mission of this society is the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals, to provide shelter, care and adoption for rescued animals and the extension of humane education.We do not have a physical shelter, so our animals are fostered in the homes of our wonderful volunteers.Our goal is to soon open a shelter which will allow us to save more animals and give them a second chance in life.
