to facilitate the adoption of those animals; to promote population control through
a spay and neuter programs and to educate the community about the care of animals.
My name is Dancer. I'm just over a year old, heartworm-free, up to date on my vaccines, and I've already been spayed. I was raised here at the shelter since I was just a little pup. My mother passed and her owner brought me and my siblings here. Most of us were adopted but unfortunately I am still here. I'm great with other dogs but I really could care less about cats! I may not be a show dog by looks, but I will show you all the love I can give and do anything you teach me to do. I'm use to being an outside dog, but with the proper training I can be anything you want me to be! I'm a smart girl and I listen very well. I'd like a big yard to run around in, and maybe some kids to play with. I love to play fetch! I could play for hours. If you're interested, please come by and meet me! I'm sure you won't regret it.
All adopted pets are and will tested for heartworms, current on vaccines, and spay/neutered. Microchips are avaliable for a extra cost. Our adoption fees for dogs are $125. Cat adoption fees are $100. Our adoption process includes a two page application, copy of your picture ID, a vet reference and a home visit done by your local accredited ASPCA.
Make a donation to our Good Samaritan Fund!
Our shelter is a non-profit shelter. Our buisness runs strictly off of donations. Every penny helps!
You can specify how you want your donation used (i.e. heartworm treatments),
apply it to a specific animal or allow us to use it in our generic / emergency
Material donations are also welcome and appreciated!
Things have been so busy at the shelter lately, sometimes we're not able to
update petfinder right away. We've got many WONDERFUL animals in need of loving
homes, so if you don't see the animal you're looking for here, please come and
meet them! You just might find the friend you've been looking for!
We're open to the public Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Other times by appointment. We are located less than one mile off I-95 in Manning,
SC. Take Exit 115 -go towards Manning. Just past George Harvin Rd you will see
a 45mph sign - we are the dirt road just beyond that. We, and our animals, hope
to see you soon!
