Who We Are
For The Hounds INC. is a 501 (c) (3) EIN 04-3789048 greyhound and sighthound placement group consisting of sight hound owners from South Carolina and surrounding states. Our Primary rescue effort is finding loving homes for retired racing Greyhounds. In addition we also have experience living with and placing other sight hounds such as Italian Greyhounds, whippets, and Borzoi?s
We are an all volunteer, non-profit organization. Although, we are a relatively small organization our members have vast experience and dedication working with sight hounds. Our main goal is to match the right hound with their perfect family.
Adopting a friend
If you are thinking about getting a new pet, why not consider a retired racing Greyhound. These retired canine athletes make excellent pets. Racing Greyhounds are sensitive, intelligent creatures who adapt easily to home life and you will be rewarded with many years of unconditional love and companionship.

. Cinnabon is a handsome White and brindle male, born 10/30/2006
He is fine with the kitties and small dogs Cinnabon did not race as he was not a good enough racer. He is friendly, loves to be petted and interacts with other dogs . He is a tall, easy-going dog that still wants to be a puppy. He is learning the house rules fairly quick Offspring of Kiowa Sweet Trey and Cinnamon Drop.
