FAIRFIELD ANIMAL RESCUE is a 501 (c) (3) rescue organization dedicated to saving abused, abandoned, and unwanted animals in Fairfield County, South Carolina. We rely soley on your tax deductible donations and our hard work to provide the medical care that enhances their health, food that enhances their physical growth, and dedicated foster & volunteers who enhance their spirit. We collect an adoption donation to help cover medical & food costs. The adoption donation as all donations are tax deductable.
Adopting a friend
We have a 2 page "Adoption Application" to start proceedings for any potential adopter and a more detailed contract when an adoption is made final. You may access our "Adoption Application" at www.fairfieldanimalrescue.com or email ann@fairfieldanimalrescue.COM
We do require a home visit before an adoption is final. All adoption decisions are made based on which adoptive family is the best match for the pet, not on a first come first served basis. Our adoption donation is $120.00 for cats and $170.00 for dogswhich includes spay/neuter, current immunizations, and microchipping.

Come Visit Us!
We do not have a facilty for housing but rely on foster homes. We are part of Petsmart Charities and adopt from the Lexington, SC store approximately every other Saturday. We have special events at various locations when venues and volunteers are available. We also welcome serious potentail adopters to visit our foster homes by appointment only.
