We are happy to announce that we now offer to the public a monthly low cost spay/neuter clinic for cats only. $75 includes brief exam, spay/neuter, rabies and distemper vaccines if needed. Who We Are

Built in the 1970's, this municple shelter is a division of the Scituate Police Department. We provide Animal Control for the town of Scituate. The Scituate Animal Shelter is located in Clayville near the Scituate/Foster line. The shelter can accommodate 10 dogs and 30 cats at one time. Over one hundred dogs and 200 or more cats find temporary shelter here every year.

We are located off Route 102/14 in Clayville. In the heart of Clayville, you will see signs "dog pound." We are located on George Washington Highway. For specific directions, please call (401) 647-7200.
