PA Racehorse Rehoming, Rehabilitation, and Rescue is a Federal Non-Profit 501(c)3 Organization that helps ex-racehorses find new homes & careers after the racetrack, rehabs and rescues horses in need, educates the public of ex-racehorses talents and helps high-risk unwanted pets find new loving homes. Adoption Policy
We have an application for those interested in adopting. Please send us a message or e-mail ( ParrAdoptions@aol.com )  or download/print it off our website  www.PaRacehorse.org and fax or e-mail your signed copy over. If you do not have a scanner/fax you can take a very clear picture directly above your application and send us a picture text message to 717-798-2435Â
We have a group of volunteers who offer foster homes for our pets/horses. We are happy to allow those interested in adopting a dog or horse to come meet them, we just ask that you schedule an appointment as our wonderful foster parents tend to work full time jobs and need to accommodate the visits.
