Our organization is known as Sixth Angel Shepherd Rescue, Inc. and we are headquartered in Marcus Hook PA. We are incorporated with the State of Pennsylvania, and we are currently putting the finishing touches on our website.
Adopting a friend
Our dogs are available for adoption to approved homes throughout the northeast. Most have been rescued from high kill shelters in the south. If you are interested in one of our dogs, or just a dog in the future, please email us for an application so we can begin the approval process. Once your application is approved, we will arrange a Home Visit to finish up the approval process.
All of our dogs and puppies are seen by our vet, given age appropriate shots and dewormed if necessary. Many of our dogs are treated for serious health conditions, such as heartworm disease. We do not turn dogs away because they are sick, we help them heal and find new homes. We also spay and neuter all dogs and puppies ( 6 months and older) unless a health restriction makes it unsafe at the time of adoption.
We ask for a donation of $325.00 for PUPPIES and $325.00 for ADULT dogs.
Come Visit Us!
We do not have a physical shelter; our dogs are currently in foster homes or temporary boarding. All of our employees are volunteer, so meet and greets are by appointment only. The best way to reach us if you are interested in adopting or fostering is via email, we recieve too many calls to follow-up on, please be patient, we will get back to you. We are in great need of more foster homes so that more dogs may be saved. If you can open your heart and home to help save one of these beautiful dogs please contact us for more info. We are also in need of more volunteers, if you would like to help us out, please let us know.
