. If you're interested in helping with this project, whether you can donate time, material, or money please contact me at 570-224-2750. If you're sending money please send to Pine Mill Rescue, 1207 Pine Mill Rd, Equinunk Pa. 18417 Please put on it building fund. Also we have a paypal account and you can send it to that. User id is . drafts2u@localnet.com We are still in need of a furnace to heat our building. If you have one that you can donate it would help so many animals. Right now we can't house animals in the winter unless we have foster homes for them. If we had a furnace we could house more small animals.
Or you can send a one time donation for the pet of your choice.
For your contribution you will recieve....
A picture of your chosen pet, with a letter telling you about your pet.
A tag on that animals pen telling anyone who looks at that pet, that you are the sponsor for that pet.
You will have the option to stay in touch with the new owners to see how that pet is doing. And when that animal finds a permanent home, we'll share the happy news with you!
We are located in Equinunk, Pa approx. 23 miles north of Honesdale Pa. We will take in any breed of horse, dog, or other small animals, if we have room or a foster home to place them in. We do not take aggresive animals. We are a no kill shelter. We are trying to expand our capacity for more animals. We are in need of fencing, kennels, dog houses, crates, towels, old comforters, ceder chips, dog leashes, collars in all sizes, bleach, paper towels, dog toys, dog and small animal cages, phone cards( we spend a lot of time on the phone finding homes and calling vets and stuff) and of course cash is always handy to have. It helps with vet bills and other expenses.
We need foster homes, people who can help with transporting, people who will take animals to the vet, or for a walk. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
Pine Mill Rescue adopts pets to homes where they will spend quality time as an inside pet, with the people they love. Since most of our animals will be living in foster homes they will be on their way of being crate trained, basic commands, and housebroken.
All dogs are adopted with a collar, leash, food, up to date on shots, spayed/neutered, flea and tick treated. Adoption fee for a dog is 150-175 dollars.
Puppies - adoption fee is 125 dollars and 100 dollar deposit that is fully refundable upon proof that you have had the animal spay/neutered by the time it is 6 months old.
