SPCA - Lycoming County

The mission of the Lycoming County SPCA is to protect all domestic animals by providing shelter, emergency treatment, investigation and prosecution of cruelty or abuse complaints, adoption and counseling, education programs, and humane care throughout Lycoming County.

The SPCA, at 2805 Reach Road in Williamsport, PA, sheltered over 4000 animals in 2003. It serves the community in many aspects of animal welfare and care, including health, behavior, nutrition, grooming, spaying/neutering assistance, humane education, identification, and any effort which will ensure that pets reside in good homes.
