The Last Chance dogs pictured below and on our Last Chance Page, are not currently with our Rescue, but in a high kill shelter, or in danger of going to one. Our current foster homes are full. If you can foster any of them, or are willing to foster to adopt, we can bring them into our program. Our fosters provide safe haven and lot's of love. RAP covers all medical costs and will find the dog/puppies a home. If you can open your home, even for a short time, to help save a life, please consider it. It is a very rewarding experience and the animals are grateful!

Medical Fund Donations Desperately Needed

We have recently had a number of dogs coming to us in need of much more than routine medical care. This has included 12 Heartworm positive dogs, two needing orthopedic surgery and a puppy with an injury. It has completely depleted our medical fund and left us with a very large vet bill.

Rudy is truly a wonderful dog. He gets along with cats, dogs and everyone he meets. He is housetrained, crate-trained and knows basic commands. Because he is black and a boy, he has had a hard time getting adopted. Large black dogs die more than any others in shelters....
