Let me tell you about One by One!
Who are we? One by One is a "CAT RESCUE" for adoptable cats.
Who we are NOT. One by One is not a city shelter, we do NOT have a facility that allows us to take all unwanted cats, and we are NOT a sanctuary where problem cats can go to live forever.
While no one cat is more deserving of help than any other, our focus is on adoptable family cats. We search for cats that need our help and who will fit well into a family home. Once we have cats/kittens that we feel are great candidates for a home situation we will ready them for adoption by getting them the veterinary attention they need. Cats will be spayed/neutered, FIV/FeLV tested, they will be given all vaccines, de-wormed and get a flea treatment.
We make a commitment to both our cats and to our adopters to find the very best fit so everyone can enjoy a long and loving relationship.

Weis Market Gift Card Program
IT SO EASY!!!!! Giant and Weis (food market) gift cards. They can be used the same as cash at any Giant & Weis store. The good thing however is One By One profits from you buying the card from us instead of just using cash at the store.
Both are available in various denominations - $10, $20, $25 & $50. We make 5% off these cards. It may not seem like a lot but if a lot of people started using them regularly it would really add up over a year's time frame. So it isn't buying anything that you really don't want and you can still help out the kitties.

One by One has some cats who may not be perfect....but they need a place to live too.
We have set up a building/purchase fund to find housing for needy community cats. One by One, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non profit organization and donation are tax deductible.

About Us...
One by One, Inc is a 501(c) non-profit cat rescue founded in 1994.
Adoption fees, recycling cans, personal donations, fundraisers and grants.
We receive NO Federal or local government funding.
If an adopted cat/kitten cannot be kept by the new owner, for whatever reason, per our policy, it must be returned to One By One.
We ALWAYS welcome back our cats!

A pre-adoption home visit is required and follow-up phone calls and/or home visits are made to support a good match.
