Willamette Humane Society has been serving animals in the Mid-Willamette Valley since 1965, providing them with a place to live, nutritious food, plenty of love, and exercise until they can be placed in a new, permanent home. Over 12,000 homeless animals come through our door each year, hoping to get a second chance.
Willamette Humane Society is an independent, private, nonprofit corporation supported solely by the generosity of our community's individuals and businesses. Because of this support, the Humane Society provides Marion and Polk counties with many programs and services, including adoptions, cruelty investigations, humane education, referrals, and much more.
