Founded almost 30 years ago, the CCHS works to protect animals from overpopulation, abuse, and neglect in Lincoln County . We provide programs for the animals and the people who care about them and live with them. Our efforts include a Spay/Neuter program, a Feral Cat Program, an Emergency Medical Program, and humane education.
