Our featured pet is a female cat named Spottie. She has been
at the shelter for quite some time and really needs a new home.
She is approximately 2 yrs. old, can be quite independent and
at the same time, be a very sweet lap cat. Check Spottie out ! She
has a beautiful coat and always keeps herself "spotless" !!
News
Our shelter houses only animals that have been picked up inside
Drumright City Limits. We are not a rescue group. But, our goal is
to adopt every animal that comes into the shelter. Unfortunately, we
are not a no kill shelter, because we have very limited space. We
do have great luck with Petfinder.com ! It has saved many lives !!
Who We Are
Our Animal Control Officer is Natasha Sutton. Volunteers are: Ann
Dodson, Ashley Rowland, Shelby Burris and Kim Ramsey. Any of
these people are willing to help potential adopters find the right
pet for their family. Our animals only want love and attention. Our
mission is to find every one of them a wonderful and loving new
family !
Adopting a friend
Our adopting process is fairly straight-forward and simple. The fee to
adopt an animal is $30.00 min. unless we have invested more money
into the animal for vet bills. We also require that a Sterilization Agreement be signed by the adopter, unless, of course, the animal has
already been altered. We can provide info on low cost spay and neuter services to low income families. If you live in the city limits of Drumright, we also require that you aquire a city tag for your new pet. Of course we want our animals to go to loving homes, so we do check up on them to make sure the arrangement is working out. We also reserve the right to refuse an adoption. We hope you will consider adopting an animal from us!
Come Visit Us!
We are located inside Drumright's water pollution control facility. North on Harley St. to Maple St. Then East on Maple St. until you reach the Drumright water pollution control facility. Head left just inside of the gates. We are in the Northwest corner of the property at this time.

We have chosen Kuranda dog beds for our boarding facilities because they are so good for our dogs. We still don't have enough for all of our kennels. If you would like to donate a bed so another dog can sleep in proper comfort, please click here.
