FEATURED PET
Let Kevin shower you with lots of love!

Hi, my name is Kevin. I'm a 1 1/2 yr old German Shepherd mix. I have spent my life on a chain and ignored. During the last storm, I broke free of my chain, and was picked up as a stray. My guardian did not want to bail me out of doggy jail, so instead he surrendered me. I'm very friendly and I'm looking for a wonderful new home - one without a chain! I will make a wonderful companion. Please come and adopt me today!
Who We Are
We are a municipal animal control facility that provides shelter to stray and abandoned animals for the City of Owasso. We employ two full-time animal control officers who enforce city ordinances regarding animals, and who are responsible for the care and handling of all animals, wild and domestic, while at our facility. We are a small facility ... 21 dog runs and 10 cat/puppy cages ... we are NOT A NO KILL FACILITLY. Our number one priority is to place all healthy and adoptable animals in forever homes; however, due to limited physical space and resources, we are unable to do so. Each animal listed on our site is in desperate need; each deserves another chance at life. Owner-surrendered animals are available for adoption immediately. All strays must be held for three days before they are available for adoption.
Adopting A Friend
If you are interested in one of our animals, PLEASE CALL US at 918- 272-4965 to determine the availablity of that animal. Although we try our best to keep this site up to date, our pet list changes daily. Adoption fees are $75.00 for cats and $110.00 for dogs. These fees include a feline AIDS/Leukemia combo test, vaccines, and the spay or neuter of the feline. The dogs are heartworm tested, vaccinated and spayed or neutered.
ALL APPLICATIONS AND ADOPTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS AND MAY BE DENIED AT ANY TIME.
