ADOPTION FEES
Adults - $150
Seniors - $99
Puppies - $195
All adoption fees include spay or neuter and current vaccinations.
Who We Are
based in Mahoning County. We are not a shelter. We are the bridge between what was and what will be. We believe in helping dogs that have been abandoned, abused or neglected. Placing these dogs in an environment where they are cherished and watching them thrive is our greatest reward.
Safe at Last Dog Rescue is a wall-less dog rescue organization. We rely on a network of foster homes and friends to house the dogs we save. All of the dogs in our care receive any and all necessary medical treatment. When our dogs are emotionally and physically healed, we search for the perfect human companion for each, ensuring a loving, permanent home. We believe in the quality of life for our dogs and those who choose to embrace them.
Our short-term goal is to increase our network of fosters, supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for dogs left homeless for whatever reason. The more people who are willing to open their homes and hearts, the more dogs we can save. Our long-term goal is to secure a no-kill facility where rescued dogs can be sheltered safely, provided necessary medical treatment and given the love they need without the threat of euthanasia until adoptive families can found for them.
