Our goal is to reduce overpopulation and suffering of the stray and feral cat population, in part, by helping those individuals already assisting cats in their neighborhoods.
Who We Are
Cincinnati Cats Inc. is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation dedicated to providing help and support services to people who care for stray and feral cats in their neighborhoods. We are not a shelter and cannot accept cats from others. We are individuals who rescue, care for and foster cats ourselves.
Adopting a friend
All of our adoptable cats were found “on the street” by our members. Some are abandoned or stray cats, others may be kittens that were socialized and raised by their humans after trapping with their feral mother. Prior to adoption, the cats receive veterinary exams, vaccinations, testing for FIV and FeLV, flea & worm treatments and are spayed/neutered. Unless otherwise noted, all of our adoptions will be to homes that agree to keep the cat indoors only and not to de-claw the cat. Application approval and an adoption fee will apply to all adoptions.
