Adopting a friend
The first step in adoption is for you to complete our application. You can access our adoption application above and download it or you can contact us by phone or e-mail and we will e-mail it to you. Once the application is completed, you will be contacted to arrange a personal visit with the dog. If you decide to take the dog home, the first two weeks is considered a "trial period" of adoption during which time you can see if the adoption is going to work for you, your family, and the dog. During that period, you can return the dog for a full refund of the adoption fee. After the two-week "trial period" is over, you can still return the dog but you will not receive a refund. Any dog adopted from Northeast Ohio Labrador Rescue can always be returned for any reason.
Come Visit Us!
At this time, we do not have a physical "shelter". All of our Labs are in foster homes where they receive love and care in preparation for going to their new "forever" homes.
