Jack is an energetic 2-year-old terrier who loves to play. He only weighs 16 lbs, which makes him easy to handle, but he*s a fast paced dog that will need plenty of room to move around. Jack is obsessed with tennis balls and will hoard them at every opportunity. If you want to see just how crazy he gets, try throwing three of them at the same time. He will chase after them all, carrying one or two in his mouth and trapping the third in between his front paws. If you*re a tennis player, Jack will gladly put his ball handling skills to use by retrieving any foul balls. Of course once he has them, he may not be willing to give them back. Currently Jack is working with the Toledo Area Humane Society Dog Trainer on his sharing skills. Jack can sometimes be bossy with other dogs so you may want to bring in your resident pets before bringing this spirited animal home. Jack is extremely smart and needs to feel like he has a job to do. He is always alert and will protect your home from that pesky mail carrier that invades your property every day. There will be no spam mail while Jack is on the job. His athletic nature also makes him a good match for joggers and fitness buffs.
Jack is considered a Go-Getter – “Want to get more exercise? Action is my middle name. My “Let’s go” lifestyle will keep you motivated to get outside and move. I’ve got tons of energy. I’m working 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I’ll run for miles and still want to play at the end of the day.”
Jack has been neutered, given a health exam by a licensed vet, is current on his vaccinations, tested for heartworm, and microchipped.

Kacey is an 8-month-old black female kitty. An old injury to her left eye has caused some scaring which gives her eye an abnormal appearance. She can see out of it but probably not very well. Kacey doesn't let being handicapped slow her down. She is always affectionate and very playful. She eagerly greets visitors and begs for attention. She is a great lap cat as you can see from her picture. She would love to find a forever home where she can play all day and then spend the evening curled up next to you taking a nap.
Secret Admirer - "When it comes to relationships, I'm very level-headed. I don't leap in paws first, if you know what I mean. But give me a little time, and I'll shower you with purrs, head-butts, and plenty of lap time. In the meantime, you may not see a lot of me, but I'll be thinking a lot of you!"
