Dr. Harts Emergency Pet Clinic

First and foremost we are an emergency pet clinic. However, there are many times when we take in abused animals rescued and brought in by the police. We happily nurse them back to health but then are stuck trying to place them in a new home. Because we do not beleive in euthanizeing healthy animals or animals who can be treated- some strays end up living here for years. Dr. Hart provides them with shelter, food, drink, blankets, toys, bones and 24 hours care. Any donations would help us so that we can continue to provide these abandoned animals with comfort during their stay with us. We gratefully accept old or new sheets, blankets, towels or beds, chew toys or bones, monetary donations, treats or dishes. Cages of any size are also welcomed and extremely helpful.

We would love if any kuranda beds could be donated to our facility to help care for our strays. We use Patented Kuranda Dog Beds because they are durable, chew proof and easy to clean. If you would like to donate a bed to us, click here.

We are an emergency animal hospital that takes in strays that are injured and dropped off by local animal control or abandoned by their owners.

The adoption process involves an application and an interview. After careful review by our staff, you will be contacted either way to be updated on its status. We have an adoption fee of $45-$65 for cats and $65-$100 for dogs.

We are located in the Zeppe's Plaza at the corner of Miles and Richmond Rd in Bedford Heights, Ohio.
