The shelter is in need of blankets for the dogs , they are also in need of donations of dry dog food. The shelter is in need of volunteers who are willing to pull and transport dogs when needed. Please call 740-441-0207
Who We Are
The Gallia County animal Shelter is a HIGH kill shelter. This shelter has a very friendly dog warden who is rescue friendly as well. The warden and the assistant warden are really nice to talk to, and will do what they can to assist you. Located in Gallipolis Ohio right off of State Route 160, just a few minutes past Holzer Clinic, on Shawnee Lane. New signs are up to help you find them!
