 Rudy is a young black lab mix who is just bursting with the lab personality!! He is a happy-go-lucky guy who loves people, other dogs, and cats. Due to a shortage of foster homes, Rudy is being boarding at a horse boarding facility in the horse barn! He loves to play with the other dogs in the barn & gets along with all the barn cats and is fine with them. And like any lab, Rudy LOVES children! Rudy would love to get into a foster home or even better a forever home. Rudy is a perfect medium-sized dog, weighing about 50 pounds. He is looking for his forever home, and is fully vet checked, vaccinated, heartworm tested, and neutered & ready for a home for the holidays. Rudy's adoption fee is $175, and this includes all of his vetting, as well as him being started on heartworm preventive. Stop The Suffering is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization working to save the lives of dogs and cats in high kill shelters, primarily in Rural Ohio. We have a network of volunteers who keep a close eye on many animal shelters both local and otherwise. When an animal is placed on the “euthanasia short list” we contact the shelter to let them know we will be coming to rescue the animal. |
