Maisie Needs Someone to Love!

Meet Maisie!

What a little darling! Maisie is a perfect kitten! Born around January 12, 2009, she loves to play, is very gentle, and adores being petted! She's the first one to greet you at the door when you come home. You will laugh as she chases string toys and jingle balls around the room! Always a lady, Maisie is perfect with keeping herself clean and using her litterbox. She has lots of purrs to share with you and would be great as an only pet or with other gentle pets because she loves everyone! Maisie will be at Moochie's at Tuttle Mall in Columbus every 2nd and 4th Sunday. Maisie is up-to-date with routine shots and house trained. If you are interested, please fill-out an online application at www.stopthesuffering.org.

Who is Stop the Suffering?

Stop The Suffering is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization working to save the lives of dogs and cats in high kill shelters, primarily in Rural Ohio. We have a network of volunteers who keep a close eye on many animal shelters both local and otherwise. When an animal is placed on the “euthanasia short list” we contact the shelter to let them know we will be coming to rescue the animal.

You can meet many of our adoptable pets at the Mingle With Our Mutts every FIRST and THIRD Sunday of the month, at the Franklin County Dog Shelter. For directions, click here!
We are a foster-based organization. This means we have no building of our own, and we can only save as many animals as we have foster homes available for. Please consider fostering an animal in need!
