The PET ORPHANAGE

Our Pet List

Pet of the Month

All of our animals want to be the featured animal. So we did not think it was fair to highlight just one. Take a look at all of our animals, and maybe one will find a place in your heart.

The Pet Orphanage is dedicated to giving the best care and attention to all the dogs and cats we take in. Unfortunately, we no longer have a shelter for our animals and our volunteers are currently fostering every animal we have. The animals are getting the best care we can provide, but they would really like to find a permanent home.

Who We Are

The Pet Orphanage, located in Logan, Hocking County, Ohio is a non-profit, no-kill organization. We promote controlling the pet population by sponsoring cat spay and neuter clinics and through education. Homeless animals are brought in, cared for, and given any medical care needed, until they can be adopted. The Pet Orphanage has established an outreach fund which helps assists injured animals in emergancy situations. Currently, The Pet Orphanage is helping spay and nueter large breed dogs for families that are in need of financial assistance. You must be a resident of Hocking County to be eligible and need assistance paying for the spay/neuter. So if you have an adult large breed dog that needs to be spayed/neutered, contact the Pet Orphanage at 740-385-3002.
