Scooter needs your help to continue to walk! Scooter was born without a proper hip socket and has a hard time walking. He is only 8 months old and has never been able to run and play like a puppy and he wants to so badly!
Scooter is a sweet boy and we want to help him. Our vet will perform an operation on Scooter know as:
Femoral Head Ostectomy (FHO). With this surgery Scooter has a very good chance of having a very lively life ahead of him.

Who We Are
All Rover's Rescue Friends (ARRF) is a non-profit 501c3 organization completely run by dedicated volunteers. We accept dogs from shelters and owner releases for placement to be re-homed as companion animals. We are not breed or age specific, but do our best to find temperamentally sound dogs that will become full family members. All of our animals are temporarily placed in experienced foster homes to receive love and care until they find that special and permanent home to call their own. Use of short-term foster placements allows us to evaluate each dog in order to successfully match them with their new families. Foster care providers work on basic manners, housebreaking issues and at times rebuilding broken spirits and trust in humans.
ARRF remains committed to companion animals by reducing the number of unwanted dogs. Therefore all dogs will be neutered or spayed before going to a permanent home. Every animal will receive necessary medical treatment including full vaccinations while in our care.
All Rover's Rescue Friends operates solely on private donations from animal lovers like you. Even if you are not in a position to adopt one of ARRF's dogs, you can help us help them by donating food, crates, blankets, toys and money to offset medical care expenses. Since ARRF is a non-profit organization, your donation not only helps an animal in need it is also tax-deductible. Recently our 501(c) (3) status was approved and cash donations became retroactive from September 7, 2004.
