"Hello, my name is ISAAC (left) and this is another resident FRANK (right). We are a couple of the longest visiting residents here at the adoption center at this point. I have one of those adorable faces that you just wanna squeeze and plant a big ol' kiss right on the tip of my nose. I am a very good boy and extremely cuddly and loving to my people. I do love to play with the other dogs here as well. Sometimes I can be a bit crazy for them but I just have much fun boiling inside of me I just don't know which way to turn. Unfortunately for me though even with my bubbly personality I am having a hard time getting adopted out of here cuz I am a bit of a fool in my kennel. When people walk by I go berzerk and act all big and bad and protective and I scare them away. I'm not trying to be ornery, I really am not mean at all by any means, I just don't do so well in a small kenneled environment. So that means I am in desperate need to get outta here real soon. So you neep to please hurry down here and meet me......out of my kennel......hehehe....... But enough about me, here's FRANK... Hi! My name is Frank. I am a super happy gentleman looking for my new family. I really love playing in the snow and in the fields! I dig, and roll, and bury my face It's so much fun for me!! As I said I am a sweet guy but not so much to the other dogs. I really tried to mend my ways but I just can't do it, I don't like other furballs. I love my people and have an awesome time with them. And by the way I am a bit of a tank meaning when we go for walks, I mean you are going for a walk behind me, down the street and very quickly. But after all of our playtime is over I love to come in and find myself somewhere to nap< . I just find myself a nice comfy blanket and curl up on it and sleep. Can you maybe be my new family? I really am in desperate need of that special someone out there. So I really hope you could find some time to come down and look at me or I guess any other dogs here too, they deserve it, I may not think that wholeheartedly cuz I'm a little selfish and I want the home for myself but still.... And believe me, you almost have to find something that you're looking for in this place, all kinds of shapes, sizes and personalities here! Not to mention the people here are pretty cool as well! But anyway we hope to see you soon! Thanks!"

Please tell people that you know that when they've lost a dog to check our site! Pictures are posted as soon as possible under the "Click here to see our adoptable dogs list". According to Ohio Revised Code, the dog pound must observe this stray hold in order to give the owner a chance to locate their dog. We ARE NOT able to adopt any dog early! After this hold period, the dogs may be adopted to new homes. PS-an ad in the newspaper may also help. Some people are reluctant to surrender a stray that they find to the dog pound. If they see an ad or a flyer, they are able to contact you.
