Who We Are

We are a small rescue who specializes in the Boxer breed, but we also have access to other breeds too through our rescue contacts. We work with other reputable rescues to find homes for unwanted or abused dogs from our area. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested and brought up to date on vaccines and have their 5 basic obedience commands training, with emphasizes on crate training and housebreaking. We also can assist other pet owners in our area with low cost spay/neuter information and assistance.

We require personal and veterinary references and a home visit. Our adoption donation averages $225- $400.00, this helps cover medical and spay/neuter expenses for our rescue dogs as well as their basic obedience training expenses. We strive to place our dogs into the right home and family atmosphere. Some adoption matches may happen quickly, while others may take some time. We hope you are understanding and are willing to wait for the perfect dog.

Agility Equipment for our Training classes

We are in need of agility equipment for our training program if you have agility equipment you would like to donate or if you would like to donate money toward getting equipment we would certainly appreciate it. We use agility equipment in our basice training to teach our rescue dogs to perform their hand and verbal commands while going through obstacles. It breaks up the training and makes it more fun for our dogs to learn, they as well as we enjoy our training sessions even more. The big plus is our dogs learn a valuable education that will come in handy one day as they learn to listen and perform their obedience commands while distractions and obstacles are all around them. Healthy Hearts

Make heartworm prevention a top health priority for your pet. Heartworm is a serious parasitic disease that is spread by mosquitoes and can cause organ damage, respiratory problems, and even heart failure in your dog. Effective treatments are avaialable, but prevention is the ideal course of treatment. Inquire with your vet to see which heartworm prevention treatment program is appropriate for your pet.

We are a volunteer group and as we have 100's of long distance calls a day come in, we cannot return long distance calls, we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
