Who We Are
We are in Cincinnati, Ohio, Hamilton County, and are happy to say we beginig to build our first "Cat House" shelter!! By working together, with other groups, we want to help the homeless pets in our area. We are a federal nonprofit organization as described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our long term goal is to have a shelter for dogs too. We are Foster Home only at this time and would love to have Foster Volunteers.

is to provide loving homes for dogs and cats, utilizing a strategic partnership with it's fosters, volunteers, veterinarians, and other
humane societies and organizations.
Core Values:
To Help Dogs and Cats achieve lifelong, loving adoptive families.
To provide each dog and cat with medical care which includes, but is not limited to, spaying or neutering, annual shots, and deworming.
To spay or neuter ALL dogs and cats prior to their placement with their adoptive families.
To educate the adoptive families, as well as the general public, in
the importance of spaying and neutering of pets,
veterinarian care, and general pet health.
To carefully screen all applications for adoption.
To follow up on all dogs and cats adopted.
To work with other humane societies and organizations for
the common goal of humane treatment for all animals.
Adopting a friend
Adoption is through application. If you live outside the greater Cincinnati area there is a $10.00 application fee to cover our costs of long distance phone calls, travel ect. You can
email , call 513-923-3709 or go to our web application for an application. All applications encouraged! PCAF promotes adoptions that are in the best interest of both the Pet and potential adopter. PCAF does not adopt pets on a first come first serve basis. All applications will be screened by PCAF to determine the most suitable match for both you and the animal. Adoption Donations range from $80.00 - $250.00 depending on the pet you adopt. We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, or Credit Cards through PayPal. ALL Animals are spay/neuter BEFORE Adoption, been tested for heartworm and are current on all shots. Cats have been tested for FIV/FeLV. All animals fostered in healthy foster homes.
