Who We Are
Cats Are
People, Too! Club, Inc., is a non-profit, all-volunteer, tax-exempt
charity in Trumbull County, Ohio, dedicated to helping abused, lost,
stray
and homeless cats and kittens.
- We
provide tender loving care, medical treatment and foster homes for
kittens until they are spayed and neutered and ready to be adopted.
- Our
feline friends come from many sources, but once in our care, we do
whatever
we can to turn them to healthy, loving creatures, so that the animals
we
put up for adoption are as healthy and as socialized as possible.
- We
carefully screen and monitor
adopting homes so that none of the animals we have worked with end
up in adverse
situations.
- We also help provide spaying and neutering funding to
pet owners in Trumbull County as funds are available.
Adopting a Friend
Our adoption fee varies! Please call our "feline hotline" at 330 847 6134, or visit Pet Supplies "Plus" in Niles, OH when a volunteer is there (daily 10-11:30 AM and 6-7:30 PM, Sunday 4:30-6 PM) to find out more.
Your adoption donation covers:
testing for FELV and FIV, basic vaccinations and spay/neuter services, flea treatment and worming.
Other medical treatment is given when necessary. Your donation helps us help the next kitten we find!
All of our cats are adopted with the understanding that they will be cherished indoor pets!
