LOW COST SPAY/NEUTER CLINIC
We also run a low cost spay/neuter clinic. The cost is $70 and includes a rabies vaccination and Felv/Fiv test. Please call to make an appointment 518 248 9682. If you find you cannot pay the $70, please call us and we may be able to help with funds if you are supported by the State in anyway.
VOLUNTEERS
We are a newly formed, growing organization in need of volunteers in all area of animal rescue. Please contact us by telephone at (518) 248 9682, or email us at catalesrescue@gmail.com, or stop by one of our adoption clinics to meet with us.
DONATIONS
We depend on donations to help us defray the cost of caring for our feline friends. We would also gladly accept any cat food, litter, blankets, etc. at any of our adoption clinics.
WHO WE ARE
Cat Tales Rescue is a not for profit organization registered with the New York State Charities Registration Bureau, operating from Niskayuna, New York. We are a small, volunteer run, NO KILL, cat rescue organization that provides home foster care and adoption services for cats and kittens. We are dedicated to helping as many lost, homeless, abused, and neglected cats as possible.
We seek to educate the public about the necessity of spaying and neutering their companion animals and will assist them in reserving an appointment with a local low cost spay/neuter clinic.
We also will assist and educate the public with trap/neuter/return techniques for those wanting to humanely control colonies of feral cats in their neighborhoods.
ADOPTING A FRIEND
All of our cats available have been spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FELV and had all age-appropriate vaccinations. Our adoption fee is $80.00 Potential adopters must complete an adoption application. We do require that our cats and kittens be INDOOR only and Not DECLAWED. We follow up with a phone call a week after the cat/kitten has been adopted to ensure all is well and the Adopter can call us for advice at anytime.
We make every effort to match individual personalities and needs of our cats with that of our prospective adopters but in the event that you are not 100% satisfied we offer a 30 day money back return policy on all adoptions.
Should your circumstances change and you are no longer able to care for your cat we will accept our cats back at anytime during their lifetime.
