Who We Are... My name is Gail Calver and I have been rescuing dogs for over 20 years. My own dog, "Quazy" was recently diagnosed with cancer. UPDATE: Quazy passed away at 7pm saturday the 5th of March due to complications from cancer. I am devastated and will be taking a short break from rescue. "Quazy was a huge part of "Snout-n-the House", from puppy sitting to training, while always loving me unconditionally. He was the first to share his toys and play with newcomers here. He went to the adoption events with me and loved everyone. UPDATE: 7/26/11 After a long rest and coming to grips with losing my "Quazy boy," I have started once again saving dogs. I currently have many that need good homes. "Snout-n-the House Rescue" can only help them thru donations from other animal lovers out there! So please help me help them by spreading the word about "Snout-n-the House Rescue". I need as many donations as possible to pay for the vet bills. I feed the rescues high quality dog food to help them get well. You can make a donation on this page and thanks in advance for any help you can give to save these wonderful souls! No amount donated to Snout-n-the House Rescue is ever too small, it all helps!! I could not help these precious animals without the adoption fees and thanks to all who have helped to save a life in the past!
