Who We Are
We are a cat rescue group specializing in getting cats off the streets. All of our cats were abandoned and homeless, struggling to survive in all sorts of precarious situations. In each case, a concerned animal lover let us know about them, and they made it to safety. The last leg of the journey leads into a loving home!Before being put up for adoption, they are all spayed or neutered, vaccinated, combo tested and treated for any other conditions they may have. Ultimately they live in a home setting among dogs and other cats so that we can assess how well they handle other animals. The only thing we can't do is 'kid-test' them (as we have no kids), which is why you'll notice that none of our cats is recommended for small children.
Adopting a friend
- Our adoption fee is $65 - this helps to defray the costs of getting the kitties 'ready to go'
- Applications are taken for all prospective adoptions, so that the best match can be made for you and for the cat
- All adoptions are guaranteed - that is, if at any time and for any reason the adoption doesn't work out, or if your circumstances change and you can no longer keep the cat, we will gladly accept the cat back and give you a complete refund of any adoption fee(s).
Where We Are
We are located in Lawtons - and now you're saying, "Where???" Well, it's about 14 miles south of Hamburg, between North Collins and Gowanda (and about 30 miles south of Buffalo). If you'd like to meet any of our kitties, please call ahead - since we also run a gift shop, we like to keep adoption appointments outside of store business hours so that we can spend uninterrupted time with you.
