In the past few months of 2010 our focus has been directed towards the rescue of injured and abandoned animals, so many of them being cats.We have rescued as many as eleven cats at one location at one given time! Animals have been found dumped along road sides or left in homes after families have moved out of our community. Many of these animals are handicapped and non adoptable.
There are many rescue organizations that are networking and adopting out animals, but not many of them have the space for special needs animals. Many rescue organizations also pull ( take from) shelters. We take the desperate animals, for example: the ones that there is not enough room left at the shelters for, or an animal in need of special care, and the ones that are in immanent danger .
We are going to be directing most of our time and energy on fundraising to create a sanctuary for these animals, if we get approval from the town. We want to create a safe sanctuary for animals, the majority of which will be feral cats and or ones not suited for family life... We hope to expand and be able to help more animals in the future. Right now, unfortunately, we have very limited space.

We are a no kill 501C3 non profit rescue organization dedicated in helping stray, abandoned, disabled, and special needs animals. We spay, neuter, worm, and treat the animals as medical needs arise. Education is a big part of our programs and we are looking for more people to join to bring their pets to nursing homes and schools. We try to place as many animals as possible in foster care to evaluate the animals before they go to a new home. We also provide permanent shelter for animals that cannot be placed for various reasons. We are always in need of foster homes for mostly cats and sometimes dogs. Permanent homes for feral and semi feral cats. Can and dry cat food is desperately needed. People to assist at fundraisers and pet adoptions are always welcome. We also need people willing to provide care for orphaned animals. We usually only have a few dogs or puppies at one time. We take mostly strays . We will always take back our adopted animals if you cannot keep them, however since all monies go back into the animals we cannot give refunds. We are ALL volunteers, NO ONE GETS PAID OR GETS A SALARY.
We would love to be able to deliver or meet; however due to the economy, our jobs, and the time we devote to the animals, we are limited as to how far we can go.
Cats e-mail for information. Any questions, please e-mail and be patient, we will return messages as time permits.
