The SPCA Serving Allegany County is a non-profit, registered charity
which receives no funding from the state, county, or federal government. We are also a no-kill shelter. We exist on our fundraising efforts, and generous donations from our supporters. Our Board Members and Officers are volunteers who do not receive any compensation.
